I purchased X-Plane 8.0 last year and then bought the 6 scenery DVDs about 6 months after that. However I have been working overseas and this is my first chance to load them up and play. It doesn’t work and as far as I can tell never will as I need to purchase the 8.5 DVD, ie installing 8.0, then all the scenery, then upgrading online to 8.5 will not work. Is this correct? If so, and I do buy 8.5 are the 6 DVDs of scenery any use to me or do I have to replace those as well?
