I remembered this ship when I was looking at the ornithopter sparrow development. Don’t know if the wings could actually telescope out like this. Found 2 pics on the net but I have the DVD series and could provide as many screen grabs as needed. And as always, just asking. If one of you geniuses is bored. hehe.

Hawk’s ship from Buck Rodgers

HPI have finally got the drop on their main drift rivals Yokomo, and come out with a ‘revolutionary’ drifting car – the HPI Pro-D. With a carbon main chassis, carbon upper deck and orange anodised aluminium bulkheads, it’s a very slick design.  Only one question remains…

I was just wondering, just how big of a difference is X-plane from the real thing. What is realistic and what isn’t?
