Claudio Souto wins Rd5 in Portugal
The 5th round of the Portuguese 1/8th scale on road nationals took place last weekend in Maia to the North of the country, close to Porto. Qualifying went the way of Motonica driver Claudio Souto, in front of Mugen driver Mario Miranda, with Pedro Praça and Ricardo Costa rounding out the top 4. In the final there was no change to the qualifying order and Souto took the win from Miranda in 2nd with Pedro Praça taking 3rd with his Motonica.

Registration for this year’s Rebellion Race in Mäntsälä Finland, which doubles up as the warm up race for the European Indoor Championships, is now open. Entry is restricted to International competitors until the end of the weekend, with entry opening to National drivers on Monday. The race is limited to 110 racers only so to avoid disappointment be sure to get your entry in as soon as possible.
