Guinness Certifies Nic Case’s Speed Record
Nic and his extended Schumacher Mi3.5 Streamliner took their place in the Guinness book of Records with his record breaking run (260.32 km/h) at the ISC Speed Run event in Rockingham NC last fall. This official certification comes just weeks before Nic and his extended Schumacher Mi3.5 will campaign again at the ISC’s Ultimate Speed Run at the Auto Club Dragway in Fontana CA. The Schumacher speed team will also feature Jerome Head with his Mi3.5 Race, and Shawn Palmer with his Mi3.5 Race and Mi4 entries.
Nic is very precise and complete in his preparation efforts, and his energy along with an encyclopedia of publicly shared speed running information has the Schumacher team running with a high level of excited anticipation for this event. And at the speeds we’re shooting for, the quality, precision and consistency of our Schumacher cars give us a huge competitive edge. – Schumacher USA Sales Manager Shawn Palmer

Czech Grand Prix – Entry still open
International touring car racer Michal Bok, who is one of the organisers of the Czech GP that takes place from the 6th to the 8th of November, has been in contact to let us know that entries for this race are still open. Having already attracted racers from all over the region as well as further afield, with multiple European Championship finalist Steen Graversen from Denmark set to make his Tamiya debut at this race, you too can still take part. In view of the fact that the third round of the Euro Touring Series will take place at the same venue in late January they have adjusted the rules in a such way that this event could also become a warm-up for the ETS race and consequently they are going to use Xenon Max 32 tyres for all classes and Speed Passion Competition 3.0 13,5T motors for the Pro Stock class.
