Foot Control Not for RC

Mrs. N writes, “My son recently purchased an amphibious tank. He was letting his brother play with it with him, and his brother, who knows nothing about R/C vehicles, pushed the thing with his foot.  Now the tank will not do anything.” She wants to know what happened and if it’s something they can fix. Your suggestions wanted.
